โฟ Wheelchair Application
Malaysian citizens from B40 households (monthly income โค RM4,850 in Peninsular, โค RM4,360 in Sabah, โค RM3,990 in Sarawak) who have mobility needs due to physical disability, injury, or medical condition. Priority is given to JKM OKU card holders.
The review process takes 14 working days after receiving a complete application. Wheelchair delivery takes an additional 7โ14 working days depending on location.
Yes, you can apply on behalf of a family member. Please provide the caregiver information in the form and attach the required supporting documents.
IC copy, doctor support letter, household income proof, applicant passport photo, and OKU card copy (if applicable). All documents must be uploaded in PDF or JPG format.
No. The application is 100% free. There is no charge for the application process, verification, or delivery.
You can check your application status on the Check Status page using your IC number and the reference number provided during application.

PKRM was established to assist and collaborate with NGOs, volunteer bodies and government agencies to fulfil various welfare tasks โ especially to help poor / B40 Malaysians who need assistance regardless of status, religion, ethnicity and race.
PKRM's establishment was approved by the 6th Prime Minister under the 1Malaysia initiative in 2013. It continues to support all welfare efforts for Malaysian society while helping the Government realise the National Unity Policy agenda and Malaysia MADANI.
To assist the Government in prioritising the welfare of OKU individuals, chronic patients, poor families and individuals, and to create platforms to help alleviate and eradicate poverty โ ensuring the well-being of all Malaysians.
PKRM introduces various programmes from time to time, including the PKRM membership programme and the PKRM Welfare Fund donation programme. You can contribute in terms of manpower or financial donations โ enabling us to continue achieving our objectives and helping vulnerable groups.

100% of your donation is used for purchasing, delivering, and maintaining wheelchairs for eligible recipients. We publish transparency reports every quarter.
Yes, a digital receipt will be sent to your email after payment is confirmed. An appreciation certificate is also included according to your sponsorship tier.
Yes. Select the anonymous option when filling in the donor information form. Your name will not be displayed on the Wall of Honour.
Yes! All donations to PKRM qualify for tax exemption under Section 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967 (ITA 1967) LHDN. This exemption is valid from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2029.
